In-Warranty services -
On site service - Kiosks are typically reliable,
however, all technology systems require an appropriate ongoing service plan in
place to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your initial investment.
Depot repair – Our Depot Service Center is a state-of-the-art repair center that will deliver ongoing service (test, repair,
adjust) to ensure your equipment continues to operate at peak performance. This
can include managing back-end OEM warranty entitlements as well.
Preventative maintenance – Remote sites are often a
strategic business investment so they require periodic visits to assure that
they will perform the intended purpose without unscheduled interruption. For
example, un-attended remote kiosks require periodic visits. GAS offers a low
cost preventative maintenance solution through its extensive nationwide field
based resources. We can perform this service on a Time and Material basis or a
fixed price – including whatever reports that are required by the customer.
Custodial services – Our customers often require
periodic visits to the remote sites to replace expendable supplies.
