"I thank you and my employees thank you for your help and swift attention in getting our GA back up on-line in time to do our payroll. Apparently the local utility power outage in our area exceeded the uptime limit of our UPS and shutdown the GA box. In addition the battery inside the GA which holds specific configuration settings is no longer any good and the settings were lost. When your service representative came on site, he needed to reload the configuration settings. He assured me that when our systems administrator returns from vacation that he would review our system needs. Thanks again to you and your support staff."
