Guardian Plan:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time coverage
- Next business day response (NBR)
- All parts, labor and travel included
- Vendor recommended Preventative Maintenance included
Accelerator Plan:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time coverage
- 9 business hour response
- All parts, labor and travel included
- Vendor recommended Preventative Maintenance included
Sentry Plan:
- 7x24 coverage
- 9 hour response
- All parts, labor and travel included
- Vendor recommended Preventative Maintenance included
All Plans include the following:
- All technicians are A+ and N+ certified
- Customer Care Center available 7x24 for placing service requests
- Priority telephone support
- Automated problem escalation plan
- Requests for service via the Web, telephone or fax
The following options are available to enhance your protection:
- Depot Service
- Site resident sparing
- Extended coverage hours or days
- Expedited response times
- Advanced hardware exchange
Time and Material Plan:
- Per incident pricing
- Minimum two hour billing
- Client charged for all parts, labor and travel
- Best effort response
- 30 day repair warranties
