Priority On-site Support:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time coverage,
excluding holidays.
- 4 business hour response
- All parts, labor and travel included
- Vendor recommended Preventative Maintenance included
Priority Plus On-Site Support:
- 7x24 coverage, including holidays
- 4 hour response
- All parts, labor and travel included
- Vendor recommended Preventative Maintenance included

- National toll-free telephone service, available 7x24, for placing service
requests
- Priority telephone support
