Consulting We can be part of the upfront team in planning
and defining your
project
and helping to bring all elements together successfully.
Project
Planning & Management If you
are rolling out a project of any size, it will benefit from our expertise in
national rollouts. Project planning up front and continuous project management
during the rollout, either as total project management or to plug our segment
of responsibility into the overall project, will ensure success.
Staging
/ Integration Controlled by a
defined Statement of Work (SOW), this may include activities such as:
receiving system components, loading and configuring software, testing/burn-in of
systems and ship to sites in conjunction with the installation schedule.
Site Survey Services

Site Survey A site survey may be necessary to review the
location and determine the work required to prepare sites for installation. A
site survey report is then presented to the customer.

Site Prep Site preparation steps as may be required in
advance of product and installation crew arriving, to ensure that the sites are
fully ready for a successful installation.
Installation Our field personnel are available to execute the
defined installation SOW. Each customer and project has its own unique
requirements, but generally includes:

Physical Installation
Physically set up product at a desk, cash wrap, or POS counter, install in a
rack, frame or mount to floor, ceiling or wall as needed. Typically includes
connection to existing infrastructure, or, in some cases, we also install the
physical plant wiring.

Site start Perform any final
site-level configuration, final confidence testing and system turnover to the
site user.
Nationwide
Rollouts Whether you have 5 sites
to install or 500, call us we have the experience, track record and
time-proven processes to deliver a successful project for you.
Phone
Support We can provide you with
phone support for first call problem determination, resolution, remote
monitoring and cooperative support/escalation of support to application
developer/OEM or Level II Technical Support, when needed.
Onsite
Service Kiosks and digital
signage equipment are typically reliable, however, all technology systems
require an appropriate ongoing service plan in place to ensure that you gain
maximum benefit from your initial investment by response directly to the site.
Depot
Repair Our Depot Service Center is a state-of-the-art repair center that will deliver ongoing support (test,
repair, adjust) to ensure that your equipment continues to operate at peak
performance.
Logistical
Services We can handle initial
logistical services of managing inventory and shipping to sites as per
installation schedule as well as ongoing spares management and even pick up and
return services. Logistics for managing OEM warranty entitlements can be added
to an onsite or depot service arrangement. Finally, logistics may include
moving units from one site to another and/or equipment recovery at end of
program.
Custodial
Services Some kiosks require
periodic visits to replace expendable supplies. Site personnel responsible for
your unit often perform this service, but when needed, GAS can perform this
service.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Kiosks and
digital signage are a business investment most often operating remotely and not
on your own property. It is important to ensure the unit is working at peak
performance and its appearance presents a professional image. Scheduled PM
visits can be contracted economically if planned in advance.
